Hello,

I am doing analysis if the natural thermosiphon based flat plate collector.

Please let me know how to calculate mass flow rate for a collector having pipe diameter 12mm and 33 dergee inclination to horizontal. Height of reservoir is 1 feet above the collector.

A solar system can also be integrated with one existing electric system that can act as a back up during the days when the overcast is long. You can switch on if the water temperature from solar water goes down below 400 C.
